Checklist for setup of the glm-member-db-itinerary plugin
git clone ssh://git@bitbucket.gaslightmedia.com:7999/glm/glm-member-db-itinerary.git
Activate plugin
Install the form for gravity form. You can get the form by exporting the Send Trip Planner form from uptravel.com
goto GLM Associate > Settings > Itinerary
Setup the Gravity form id
Setup the Trip Planner Page id
Add shortcode for the trip planner page.
