E-Mail Services

E-Mail Services on Angelia

[ ] Adding E-Mail with ISPConfig

• If necessary, add client

• Select "Email" tab

• Click "Add new Domain"

• Select Client, enter Domain, and select Spamfilter (Normal)

• Click "Save"

• Either Add real E-Mail accounts and/or have E-Mail forward to another domain

[ ] Add Real E-Mail Account

• Select "Email Mailbox"
• Click "Add new Mailbox"
• Set E-Mail address (need to select domian from pick-list if logged in as an admin)
• Enter passwords for this E-Mail account
• Select desired Spamfilter
• Make sure "Enable receiving" is checked
• Click "Save"

[ ] Add E-Mail Alias - Forward a single E-Mail address to another E-Mail address in this domain

• Select "Email Alias"
• Click "Add new Email alias"
• Enter "Alias" (E-mail address that will be forwarded)
• Select "Destination" E-Mail (The E-Mail account where the mail should be sent)
• Click "Save"

[ ] Add E-Mail Forwarding - Forward a single E-Mail address to somewhere else

• Select "Email Forwarding"
• Click "Add new Email forward"
• Enter "Alias" (E-mail address that will be forwarded)
• Enter single or list of E-Mail addresses that should receive email for the Alias entered above.
• Click "Save"

[ ] Add E-Mail "Catchall" - Forward all E-Mail for non-existing mail boxes somewhere

• Select "Email Catchall"
• Click "Add new Catchall"
• Select the domain (if logged in as an admin)
• Enter destination E-Mail address
• Click "Save"

[ ] DNS and Testing

• Update DNS as needed to point E-Mail to Angelia - Hostname should be "mail.gaslightmedia.com"

 IN MX 10 mail.gaslightmedia.com.

NOTE: Need to sort out secure connections for E-mail.
