Contacts Database

• Define all forms on the site with client that will need to go into the database
• Get the emails for all forms that need to be emailed to the client
• Is the client a candidate for Stream Send? If so then:
  • Required Information
  • Customer Name
  • Expected number of E-Mail messages that will be sent per month for this account. (this will probably affect the cost to our customer for their service)
  • E-Mail address that will be associated with management of the customer's StreamSend access. This can be an existing customer E-Mail address but it cannot be an address that's used to manage any other StreamSend account.
  • Will customer have access to the StreamSend interface or will GLM be managing all newsletters for the customer?

• Banner Ad Database
  • Determine Size and placement of banner with client.
  • Will the banners be for internal and/or external use?
  • Standard transition of banners is fade in/fade out
  • Include banner in wire frame/prototype design
