Adding policy and procedures into the billing invoices

I'd suggest a separate sheet, strip of colored paper, or flyer, as it would be more noticeable than being included physically entered on the invoice. Perhaps have a link to the related policy page on our web site. Biggest one for engineering would be SOME sort of indication that support calls could be billable, if issues are determined not to be in our service or control .. etc. --dhosh 04:04, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
