Activate plugin

Install the form for gravity form. You can get the form by exporting the Send Trip Planner form from uptravel.com

goto GLM Associate > Settings > Itinerary

Setup the Gravity form id

Setup the Trip Planner Page id

Add shortcode for the trip planner page.
