Proceedures for Creating New Customer Mail Services

[ ] Create Mail Services in FuseMail

[ ] Contact customer to determine if they have other specific in-house servers through which they send E-Mail for the domain. These must be listed in the SPF information for the domain. Do not list other providers general mail servers as a source in SPF unless specifically authorized.

[ ] Create SPF "TXT" record in DNS for their mail services. Be sure to include their GLM Communicator IP address if they have that service.

[ ] Test and verify E-Mail services for this domain using all servers listed in the SPF data (other than the GLM Web servers).
