[ ] Create a page for 'Add an Event' Needs to be called 'Add Event' with url of /add-event/
[ ] Put the Add even form shorcode on the add-event page
[ ] scss files from scss/plugins/_glm-member-db-events.scss
[ ] Create a Narrow page template for the theme small-12 medium-10 medium-centered columns (only needed for sites 1200 with no sidebar)


[ ] Create a Graphic header for the event pdf.
