Ninja Forms - Modal

How to use it

Download Ninja Forms Modal plugin.

this is an example of a link to the form:
<a class="nf-modal-link" rel="nf-modal:open" href="#ninja-forms-modal-3">

    <div>
           <h2>Sign Up for Email News</h2>
    </div>

have this in the footer just before wp_footer: 
<div id="modal-placeholder">
    <?php $modal_link = do_shortcode('[ninja_forms_modal_form id=3 text_link="eNews Signup"]'); // Must stay above wp_footer() as it adds actions to it ?>
</div>

The number 3 in both instances above reflects the ID of the form made in the admin side. Make sure all three match!
