Productivity

Engineering: Need to determine quicker, when it is necessary to get Dave involved directly in an issue, rather than a tech being a go-between. Sometimes the go-between method is a good learning too, but often it becomes ver inefficient, and too much time wasted for both the client and tech. --dhosh 03:55, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
